A very light and delicious recipe, this stir fried broccoli is as good as any other local asian vegetable recipe that is easy to cook and wonderful to have as a side dish. Comes packed in flavourful colours!
Stir Fried Broccoli
Ingredients:
1. 2 Broccolis. (Washed and cut into smaller stalks)
2. 1/2 a carrot. (Sliced into pieces)
3. 1 packet of mushrooms.
4. 2 tsp of Minced Garlics
Instructions:
1. Heat up the wok with 2 tbs of oil. Add in the carrots first as they take longer to soften. Stir fry well.

Add in 2 tsp of minced garlics.
3.
Add in the broccolis and mushrooms. Stir and mix well.
4. Finally season with 2 tsp of sugar and 2 tsp of salt to taste.
5. Cover the wok and let it cook for 5-6mins until the vegetables turn soft.
6. It is ready to serve!
