Spicy Pasta

Ingredients:

1. 500gms of pasta. (Usually a packet)

2. 600gms of minced chicken meat.

3. 3tbs Crispy Prawn Chilli, usually found in a jar.

4. Some Spring Onions.

5. 4tbs Minced Garlics.

1. Pre boil the pasta with 1 tbs of salt till its just starting to be soft, but do not over cook !

2. Strain the pasta well and then add some olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Set the pasta aside.

3. Heat the wok, and add 4 tbs of oil. Then add 4 tbs of minced garlic. Brown them.

3. Then add in the minced chicken meat. Mix well until the meat changes colour. Be sure to break the meat up fast and well or else it will be lumpy. Season it with a dash of salt and pepper.

4. When the meat is cooked, add in the pasta. Mix well and then further season with around 3 tsp of salt to taste. (If you have a big wok like mine, otherwise you may add lesser)

5. After that, add in around 3tbs Crispy Prawn Chilli, if you would like it to be more spicy you can add more.

6. Finally, simply garnish with spring onions. Mix well and it is done!
