Seafood Butter Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1. 2 cup of rice (pre-cook the rice over night). Remember to off the rice cooker before going to bed. Or can cook it early in the morning and let it cool.
2. 1/2 kg prawns boiled cut into cubes. (Optional)
3. 1 pk crab meat sticks, cut into cubes.
4. 3 pieces of fish cakes, cut into cubes.
5. 10 cloves of garlic sliced.
6. 125gms SCS butter. Be more generous with it or else it won’t called butter rice.
