Love potatoes? Like them savoury and easy to eat? Eating it with some western dish? This recipe is a very easy way to make some delicious mashed potatoes that are soft and tasty with that buttery goodness!
Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
1. 1 pack of American Russet Potatoes.
2. 100-200gm of salted butter.
3. Fresh milk.
Instructions:

Skin the potatoes and soak them in water.
2.
Then, cut them into chunks and let them soak a bit more.
3. Then steam the potato chunks for around 45mins with the cover on.
4. When 45 minutes is up, simply use a chopstick and poke some to make sure they are soft.
5. While the chunks are hot, mix them with the 100-200gm of salted butter.
6. Mash and mix them well.
7. Add 1 cup of Fresh milk into the mix, continue mashing.
8. When the potato is well mashed and mixed, it is ready to serve!
