This recipe is a simple follow up method once you have made your very own homemade sambal. The spicy and aromatic sambal paste when cooked with delicious fresh chicken produces a mouth watering sauce combination that is perfect to eat with plain rice.
Sambal Chicken
Ingredients:
1. 3 pieces of Chicken Breast Meats.
2. 3 pieces of Chicken Thighbones de-boned.
3. A small amount of home made sambal. (click on link)
4. Light Soy Sauce.
5. Minced Garlics.
6. 1 tbs Some corn or potato starch.
Instructions:
1. Wash and pad the chicken meats dry.
Cut the meats into chunks generously of relative equal proportions.
2. Season with 2tbs light soy sauce and let it marinate for around 15mins until it is ready to cook.

Heat up the wok with 2 tbs oil and brown around 3tsp of minced garlic.
4. Add in the chicken meats and stir fry around until they change colour for about 10mins.
5. Then turn the fire big, and cover the wok and let the chicken cook for another 10mins.
6. When time’s up, you will notice when you uncover there are plenty of chicken natural oils and juices.
7. Mix the meats awhile before adding in the sambal. Continue to mix well and ensure that the meats are thoroughly coated.
8. When done, season it with around 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tbs of sugar.
9. Create a solution of 1 tbs corn or potato starch with 1 tbs water.
10. Pour the solution into the wok and mix and stir fry well. It is then ready to serve.
