White Radish Soup is a great flavourful and yet fragrant clear soup that is sure to savor an appetite. The mild relatively tingly after taste with natural sweetness will provide your meal with a satisfactory slurp. White Radish Soup

Ingredients:

1. 1kg of Pork Ribs

2. 1 medium sized white radish.

3. 1/2 thumb size old ginger. (Important to add since the radish is extremely cooling for the body and will need balancing)


Instructions:

1. Prepare a pot of 3/4 boiling water.

2. Skin of the old ginger and smash it with a pounder.

3. Cut off the ends of the radish and skin it. Proceed to cut them into chunks.

Soak the radish chunks in water until ready to cook.

5. Wash the pork ribs and soak it in hot water for 10-15mins.

6. Then rinse the pork ribs with cold water.

7. When the pot is boiling well, add in the pork ribs, radish as well as ginger. Let the pot boil for 2 and 1/2 hours with medium fire.

8. Then after that, season with some salt and a pinch of MSG to taste.

9. When serving, simply scoop the radish chunks first, and then the soup around to balance.
