This incredibly aromatic dish gives the chicken meat a satisfying after taste. Simple to cook and tumeric, being great for health, should be an easy reason for you to try giving this recipe a go! Perfect as a side dish to compliment plain rice.
Pan Fried Tumeric Chicken
Ingredients:
1. 3 pieces of chicken breasts without skin.
2. 3 pieces of chicken thighs without skin and deboned.
3. Tumeric Powder.
4. Some Spring Onions.
Instructions:
1. Be sure to pad the chicken meats very dry. Cut them into big chunks.
2. Season the chicken meats with 1/2 tbs salt, 1 tbs Tumeric powder and 2 tbs oil. Mix every piece well and let it stand to marinate for around 1 -2hrs before you are ready to fry.
3. Heat the a pan (preferably non-stick) with high fire. No oil needed.
3. Add in the chicken meats and pan fry them until golden brown.
4. Finally, just garnish with some spring onions and you’re done!
