Winter Melon Soup
Ingredients:
1. 1kg of Pork Ribs
2. 1 packet of Winder Melon slice. (Can get from supermarkets)
3. 8 red dates. (Seedless)
Instructions:
1. Prepare a pot of 3/4 boiling water.
2. Wash the melon entirely. Keep the skin because it is good for health.
3. Cut off the central portion of the slice and the rest into cube chunks. Soak everything in water until you are ready to cook.

Wash the pork ribs. Soak it in hot boiling water for 10-15mins.
5. Then rinse it with water.
6. When the 3/4 pot of boiling water is boiling well, add in the pork ribs, the winter melon chunks as well as red dates.
7. Let the pot boil for 2 and 1/2 hrs with medium fire.
Tip: When boiling soup, always best to use medium fire.
8. Then after that, season with some salt and a pinch of MSG to taste.
9. When serving, simply scoop the melon chunks first, and then the soup around to balance.
