Peanut Soup

Ingredients:

1. 1kg of Pork Ribs

2. 2 cups of raw peanuts.

3. 10 pieces of garlic cloves.

1. Place the 2 cups of peanuts into a pot of water.

2. Start boiling for 1-2 hrs to get rid of the peanut skin and dirt, as well as soften the peanut. The water will look cloudy when you are done.

3. Rinse the peanuts with a few rounds of running water, until they are cleaned and do not cloud the water. Dispose of any excess peanut skin and place the peanuts into a container for later.

Now prepare 3/4 pot of boiling water.

5. Wash the pork ribs first and then soak it in the container of boiling water for 10-15mins.

6. Then when done, rinse the pork ribs in cold water. Then add it into the pot of boiling water.

7. Slightly smash the garlic cloves, keeping the skin on.

8. When the pot of water is boiling well, add in the garlic as well as peanuts. Let it cook for 2 and 1/2 hrs.

9. When done, scoop and discard the bones.

10. Finally, simply season the soup with salt and a pinch of msg to taste. It is done!
