This pasta dish is close to a carbonara, but with a greater emphasis on easy to get ingredients you can get from any supermarket locally. What’s great is that you can even opt to use rice instead of pasta for this dish, turning it into some sort of risotto. This recipe specifically teaches on how to cook the sauce!

Creamy Sauce for Pasta/Rice

Ingredients:

1. 3 cans of Campbell’s cream of mushrooms.

2. 3 different coloured bell peppers/capsicums.

3. 1 pack of button mushrooms.

4. 2 packs of ham.

5. 1 pack of bacon.

6. 1 medium sized onion.

7. minced garlics.

8. Fresh milk.


Instructions:

1. Wash and cut up the ingredients.

2. Use a wok (preferably the non stick ones) that is enough to hold everything. First brown the bacons until their natural oil and juices flow.

3. Then add in the onion and garlics and cook them till they are golden brown.

3. Add in the ham. Stir fry until the ham is cooked to a slight brownish colour.

4. Add in the mushrooms and bell peppers (capsicums). Mix and stir fry everything well.

Open the cans of Campbell sauce and pour them into the wok. Mix and stir everything well.

6. Then, pour fresh milk into the 3 empty cans. Give the cans a good stir to mix the milk with any remaining residue goodness.

7. After that, pour the mixtures into the wok. Just keep the entire sauce in the wok heated on low fire until ready to serve. Pour the sauce onto your pre-cooked rice or pasta!

Tip: No seasoning is added! All the taste comes from the Campbell’s sauce and it tastes just right!
