Curry Fried Rice

Ingredients:

1. 2 cups of pre-cooked rice.

2. 500gm of lean pork meat. (Minced)

3. 2 tbs of curry powder.

4. 3/4 cup of fried shallots. (Easily bought from market or supermarket that comes in packets)

5. Light Soy Sauce

1. Mince the lean pork meats and add in 2 tsp of light soy sauce to season.

2. Heat up a wok with 3tbs of oil. First add in the 2tbs curry powder and stir fry for a few mins to give the wonderful smell.

3. Add in the minced meat. Stir fry and make sure to break the meat up evenly and coat them with the curry powder oil.

3. Next we add in the cooked rice, making sure to break up any lumps.

4. Season with 3 tsp of salt and a pinch of msg to taste.

Finally add in the fried shallots and mix well.

6. Transfer your cooked fried rice into a rice pot to keep it heated. It is now ready to serve!
